They could do the same using the flats below, above and next to the living room and bedroom. There is an office in Germany responsible for checking electromagnetic fields, but they ask you to rent their instruments, and if these Nazis are attacking you, this will not lead to anything, because they will stop attacking you while you are using the rented meter. You can try sending them the data anyway and tell them that you are under attack and explain that your attackers avoid doing so when you have the rented device, and that you should therefore try to request an assessment of the data you have collected yourself.
